Civil engineering and land surveying services for Phases 3 and 4 of the City of Victor, Community Development Block Grants. Improvements included stormwater management, minor grading, new curb/gutter/sidewalk with ADA-compliant accessibility, lighting, and Internet conduit.
Civil engineer support for Phase I of the new African Rift exhibit at the Cheyenne Mountain Zoo in Colorado Springs. Grading, stormwater, and utility systems design completed to be compatible with three new buildings and other exhibit features.
Baseline personnel completed Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs) at the former American Medical Response (AMR) facility located in Denver, Colorado.
Baseline personnel reviewed available environmental documents to determine if the soil and groundwater were potentially impacted by former operations and made recommendation on what the property would require if development were to occur.
Baseline personnel were retained to contract with a general abatement contractor and supervise the remediation of asbestos-impacted materials at the property and surrounding area, and complete demolition of the structure, the former Rockies Inn, a 50,000-sf, four- story building.
Baseline designed a new roundabout at the intersection of Mt. Werner Road and Steamboat Blvd. which is a route to and from the Steamboat Ski Resort. The project goal included increased safety and traffic flow through the intersection.
The KOA Island Development project included the construction of asphalt roadways, construction of RV pad sites, tent sites, along with grading and drainage improvements.

Julian32 at Highlands Square is an updated high-rise apartment building located in the popular, historic Old Highlands Square in Denver at 3405 W. 32nd Avenue. Baseline provided ongoing infrastructure rehabilitation support of the 9th Avenue and 27th Street project, including ROW mapping, topographic surveying, and utility mapping.
