The KOA Island Development project included the construction of asphalt roadways, construction of RV pad sites, tent sites, along with grading and drainage improvements. The improvements included utility hookups (water, sanitary sewer, and electric) for each of the RV pad sites. Baseline also served as the owner’s representative during construction to help manage the project.
