Phase 1 of the 4.5-acre project site included a 3,200-sf building with access drive improvements, surface parking stalls, a drop-off turnaround near the front entry, and a second turnaround access on the east side of the building. Baseline coordinated and prepared civil plans for the site improvements, as well drainage and stormwater detention design, site plan approval coordination, and construction administration for the site work.
