10th Street Greeley RV Park Campground is a planned, 54-unit, 3.72-acre, RV park designed to give visitors another option for lodging in Greeley. The RV park demonstrated a cross disciplinary design approach to develop solutions for slope and grade challenges along with screening and privacy considerations against other land-use types. Amenities within the RV park include a dog park, children’s playground space, and landscape privacy screening and buffering through the use of xeric planting.
