The Ulysses Street Camping World, located in Golden, Colorado, is a 18,500 square foot warehouse for RV operation services. Baseline’s team of land surveying, planning, civil engineering, and landscape architects worked closely with the client and Jefferson County to come up with creative design solutions for planning and zoning changes, very tight site constraints, and grading and drainage challenges. The overall design aesthetic included balancing the drainage and grading requirements with drainage swales, dry creek beds and planting, as well as creating a planting palette that helped with privacy and screening.
