Baseline was part of the design team for a new pole barn office and storage building at the Rocky Mountain Youth Corps campus in Steamboat Springs. The improvements included paved parking with accommodations for fire truck access, stormwater quality and detention pond, along with utilities to serve the building. Baseline assisted with the planning approvals which required a final drainage study. Careful coordination between the contractor, design team, and owner was necessary during construction to save mature cottonwood trees where feasible and avoid wetland impacts.
