When projects require public funding, they can be subject to scrutiny. Communities want to know that their tax dollars have been well spent. Baseline works with public agencies and municipalities to ensure that our designs are cost-effective and sustainable so that your constituents are happy with the results now and in the future. Cities, counties, municipalities, special district associations, public utility districts, and state and federal agencies benefit from our comprehensive planning, surveying, and engineering design services. Baseline knows the intricacies of public agency work and the collaboration involved.
Our expertise extends into staff augmentation, as well as managing and executing projects for our public clients. Our planners work with the community to gain input and concerns. Our engineers work to alleviate concerns with design alternatives. Funding opportunities can be examined, projects can be phased or staged, and other creative solutions can be evaluated. We understand how to navigate the complexities and collaborate with stakeholders and facility owners to deliver best value projects.
