This commercial project includes two new warehouse buildings on the south half of Lot 7 in the Elk River Business Park along with associated parking lot paving, drainage improvements, and utility service lines. The owner’s ideal building orientation created design challenges relating to drainage conveyance and utility service lines routing. Ultimately, through collaboration, Baseline’s final design balanced the owner’s desires with a sound site layout.
