Linda has volunteered with Engineering Ministries International (headquartered in Colorado Springs) and traveled with them to work on projects in Vladivostok, Russia and Kampala, Uganda.

A recent California transplant, Itai enjoys the Colorado Mountains and being outside.

Steve Baggs, PE

Steve is a Colorado native who has enjoyed working on many projects contributing to the growth of Colorado Springs, including one of his favorites, the multi-phased expansion of the United States Olympic Training Center.

Andrew has been a professional planner for three years in the public sector, and is a complete urban planning and architecture nerd.

Steve has been an engineer in the land development industry for over 20 years and has made it his passion to develop quality designs that reflect well on the company.

Bob has over 20 years of land surveying experience spanning the commercial, residential, and industrial market sectors.

Danielle Bustos, LSIT

Danielle was born and raised in the Chili Capital of the World, New Mexico. She grew up in the beautiful valley of Española, nestled between Taos and Santa Fe.

Sean Callahan, EIT

A Colorado native! Sean was born in Westminster and has been around the area for most of his life. He graduated from the University of Wyoming in December of 2018 with a Bachelors of Science in Civil Engineering.

Bryce Cameron

Bryce is a Texas native. He relocated to Colorado in 2015 due to his wife’s air traffic controller position. A father of two, he’s expecting his third child in April 2021.

Wade Cato

Wade is a Baseline civil designer with more than a decade of experience in land development.

Morgan Clapp, PE

Morgan has civil engineering experience in a variety of land development projects. She has worked on oil and gas projects, commercial and residential developments, and public projects such as community solar gardens.

Jay Davis

Jay has worked in the civil engineering field since 1979.

Aaron Demo, PLS

Aaron possesses land surveying experience in all facets of commercial and residential development, boundary surveying, and construction staking.

Scott Drebes

Scott started surveying in 1976. He moved to Colorado Springs in 1981 and began working at Obering, Wurth & Associates in 1987, which merged with Baseline in 2019.

Julie Esterl

Julie worked for Las Campanas Real Estate Development in Santa Fe before moving to Wisconsin where she was Planning Assistant for the City of Janesville for 12 years.

Deanne Frederickson, PLA

Deanne is a seasoned landscape architect with over 25 years of land development practice in Northern Colorado.

Vince Harris, AICP

Vince has an awesome wife of 35 years, and three grown boys who are doing well in their careers. He loves to take time off from work and play on vacation usually dealing with water or warm weather.

Alexis Healey

A recent grad from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo with a BS in Graphic Communication, she bought a one-way plane ticket to Colorado!

Zachary Henrichs, PE

Zach is a Colorado native. He was born and raised in Pueblo. He attended the University of Wyoming for his undergrad and graduate degrees.

Jayme Hobin

Jayme’s responsibilities at Baseline include processing and drafting files that come from and go out to the field. He primarily works on oil and gas certifications along with various other survey projects.

Misti is a Colorado native and has over 30 years of writing experience. Her professional portfolio includes marketing, business development, and public outreach.

Born and raised in Colorado, Doug’s surveying career began in 1995. He has worked on projects throughout the state, conducting surveys for the public and private sectors.

Tiffany joined Baseline in 2006. She is the Golden office manager.

Mary Lovett

A Colorado Springs native, Mary and her husband have been married for 41 years and have a son and three grandkids and a very crazy puppy!

Michael Lujan, PE

Michael is originally from Wyoming and has lived in Denver for the past 12 years. He has an architectural engineering degree and passed the Professional Engineering Exam in 2013.

Alan’s worked on a variety of engaging projects, professionally and personally. since graduating in 2015 and hopes to continue to build new things moving forward.

I’m a Colorado native and grew up in Fountain, CO. I lived in Ventura, California for five years.

Although graduating with a mechanical engineering degree with an emphasis on aeronautical design, Chris found the associated career path to be limited in function and purview.

John McLain, PE

John is Baseline’s founder and CEO. He was born in Oklahoma City; however he spent most of his upbringing dreaming of someday living in Colorado.

Danny is a Baseline CAD Tech II in the Loveland office who loves to go the gym daily and is heavily involved in volleyball on the weekends.

Noah’s passion for civil engineering comes from his desire to help create infrastructure that improves our daily lives.

Roland Obering, PE, PLS

Roland has dual licenses as Professional Engineer (PE) and Professional Land Surveyor (PLS). He has provided multiple civil engineering and surveying services to the public and private sector, primarily in the Pikes Peak Region.

Sarah Parsley, EIT

Sarah has lived in Denver for the past 15 years. She received her first bachelor’s degree in statistics in 2002 and her second bachelor’s in civil engineering in 2014. She has worked in land development for the past three years and loves it.

Jordan Piaskowy, PE

Jordan moved to Golden in 2015 and enjoys running, biking, and most other outdoor sports. He has worked with land development, transportation, drainage, and construction inspection projects.

Alyssa has a strong working knowledge in community planning and worked within the City of Greenwood Village for over three years.

Chris was born and raised in Houston, Texas, the oldest of five kids. Now, he loves living a small mountain town and spending time with his wife and two kids.

After working as a sales executive for six years, Ryan returned to school to obtain a degree in Civil Engineering Technology at the age of 34.

Luke grew up in Illinois, liked mountains, and moved to Colorado. He has been working in the engineering field about six years.

A Colorado native, Kyle worked on various federal projects that included unexploded ordinances for Lowry Air Force Base and groundwater remediation for Fort Carson and FE Warren Air Force Base.

Travis has over 15 years’ experience within construction and enjoys being involved with projects and learning new things.

Jessie has worked in both the private and public sectors with a background in urban and regional planning and landscape architecture.

Ben is a land use planner with over 20 years of experience in the public and private sectors. He relocated from Wisconsin to Colorado in 1999 with his family, but somehow his skiing experience is still limited to the iced hills of Wisconsin.
