Troy Cosmas, PE

Troy is originally from Central Florida and chose to relocate to Colorado in the summer of 2016. His educational background is in construction management and large-scale residential land development, with an emphasis in water resources. He is passionate about the outdoors and enjoys a “work hard, play hard” attitude. Skiing brought him to Colorado, and hiking and fly fishing have kept him here. Some of Troy’s other hobbies and interests include: water systems, fly tying, rafting, backpacking/camping, board games, music/live music, and coffee.
