Julie Esterl

Julie brings more than two decades of municipal and consulting planning experience to Baseline Engineering, where she has been a valued member of the team since 2015. Originally from New Mexico, she began her career at the Las Campanas development in Santa Fe before relocating to Wisconsin where she served as a planner for the City of Janesville.   Julie has built a reputation as a trusted planning consultant, partnering with municipalities and private developers to navigate complex development projects, improve review processes, and implement practical planning solutions. As Planning Division Manager, she combines technical expertise with strategic leadership, fostering strong client relationships, cross-disciplinary collaboration, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
