Ethan is a land use consultant and planner who assists Baseline’s clients with their entitlement, zoning, subdivision, and planning needs. He is originally from St. Louis but has loved living in Colorado since 2003 despite a short break in Seattle. He has an eye for mapping and keeps our Geographic Information Systems (GIS) projects rolling. On weekends you can find him in the mountains with his family.
