Julian32 at Highlands Square is an updated high-rise apartment building located in the popular, historic Old Highlands Square in Denver at 3405 W. 32nd Avenue. Baseline completed the ballfield construction staking, 6th Avenue design surveying, and construction staking, and the small arms building construction staking.
Phase 1 of the 4.5-acre project site included a 3,200-sf building with access drive improvements, surface parking stalls, a drop-off turnaround near the front entry, and a second turnaround access on the east side of the building.
