Jake grew up in Loveland, Colorado and continues to call it his hometown. In his free time he enjoys finding new camping spots with his family, somewhere where only off-road vehicles can go, and spending time with his pet Corgi named Copper.
Jason is from Western Nebraska and eventually relocated to Colorado in 1998. In his free time, he enjoys boating, cruising, motorcycling, kickboxing, and tackling home improvement projects.
Mike is an experienced engineer with over 34 years of experience. He was born and raised in Iowa, where he ended up graduating from Iowa State University. He and his wife first relocated to Steamboat Springs, Colorado about 27 years ago.
Alan’s worked on a variety of engaging projects, professionally and personally. since graduating in 2015 and hopes to continue to build new things moving forward.
After working as a sales executive for six years, Ryan returned to school to obtain a degree in Civil Engineering Technology at the age of 34.
Travis has over 15 years’ experience within construction and enjoys being involved with projects and learning new things.
Alyssa has a strong working knowledge in community planning and worked within the City of Greenwood Village for over three years.
A Colorado Springs native, Mary and her husband have been married for 41 years and have a son and three grandkids and a very crazy puppy!
Steve is a Colorado native who has enjoyed working on many projects contributing to the growth of Colorado Springs, including one of his favorites, the multi-phased expansion of the United States Olympic Training Center.
Jay has worked in the civil engineering field since 1979.
Ben is a land use planner with over 20 years of experience in the public and private sectors. He relocated from Wisconsin to Colorado in 1999 with his family, but somehow his skiing experience is still limited to the iced hills of Wisconsin.
Main Professional Engineer in charge of executing engineering, design and planning activities. Managed projects with up to $10M construction budgets – including water and wastewater treatment plants, roundabouts, public works projects.
Civil Engineering for public infrastructure and land development design, stormwater system design, floodplain analysis and permitting, project management, and CDOT local agency projects
Lan is very detailed-oriented in his work, he’s capable of working independently with minimum supervision and is committed to providing high-quality service.
Jordan moved to Golden in 2015 and enjoys running, biking, and most other outdoor sports. He has worked with land development, transportation, drainage, and construction inspection projects.
Ethan is a land use consultant and planner who assists Baseline’s clients with their entitlement, zoning, subdivision, and planning needs.
Julie worked for Las Campanas Real Estate Development in Santa Fe before moving to Wisconsin where she was Planning Assistant for the City of Janesville for 12 years.
Dave began surveying in 1990 and has enjoyed the field ever since. He is dedicated to getting the job done in the field and in the office.
Aaron possesses land surveying experience in all facets of commercial and residential development, boundary surveying, and construction staking.
Danny is a Baseline CAD Tech II in the Loveland office who loves to go the gym daily and is heavily involved in volleyball on the weekends.
