First, the good news — the oil industry is boosting Williston, North Dakota’s economy. Now, the bad news — workers inside and outside the industry are having a tough time affording the high prices on a limited housing supply. What’s the answer? Baseline’s project, Fendee Estates, has one underway. This planned rural and residential community will provide 703 single-family units below $200,000. Residents will have the option to lease or own them.
