Baseline coordinated the writing of new planned development zoning standards for this commercial corner located in Rooney Valley in Unincorporated Jefferson County for our client, Three Dinos, LLC.
The rezoning project is located at the southeast corner of C-470 and West Alameda Parkway. Over several years, Baseline has held community meetings and worked with the citizens and county planning and zoning staff to gain consensus on appropriate additional commercial uses. Recently, the Planning Commission unanimously recommended approval and Board of County Commissioners, ultimately unanimously approved the rezoning. Read more here.
