Survey CAD Technician

As a Survey CAD Technician, you’ll play a vital role in supporting our engineering and surveying teams by preparing technical drawings, processing survey data, and ensuring project timelines are met. We’re seeking individuals with 3+ years of experience in AutoCAD and Civil 3D to join our team. You’ll be responsible for translating design visions into precise technical plans, collaborating closely with field personnel, and contributing to the success of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create detailed 2D and 3D renderings using AutoCAD software.
  • Collaborate with engineers and survey teams to ensure project accuracy.
  • Process daily survey data and produce high-quality deliverables like ROW Exhibits, Plan & Profile, and Building Survey Base Maps.
  • Support field crews and occasionally assist with fieldwork.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of AutoCAD/Civil 3D experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Trimble Business Center.
  • Strong understanding of trigonometry and algebra.
  • A valid driver’s license is required.

Land Development Survey Crew Chief

  • Location: Loveland, CO
  • Department: Surveying (Field)

As a Survey Crew Chief, you’ll oversee field survey teams, managing the collection and recording of vital data. Your leadership will ensure the safety and accuracy of surveying tasks for land development projects, while also working closely with clients and field crews.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead field surveys, including topographical, boundary, and construction staking tasks.
  • Operate and maintain GPS and conventional survey instruments.
  • Manage field documentation and coordinate with project managers.
  • Perform construction staking, ALTA surveys, and more.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience leading survey crews.
  • Proficient in Trimble GPS, Robotic Total Station, and Auto/Digital Level equipment.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills.
  • Valid driver’s license is required.

Oil & Gas Survey Crew Chief

  • Location: Loveland, CO
  • Department: Surveying (Field)

Take charge as an Oil & Gas Survey Crew Chief and manage survey projects for the energy sector. From pipeline route staking to as-built surveys, you’ll lead a team to ensure accurate data collection and client satisfaction.
