Position Overview:

  • Title: Environmental Division Manager
  • Location: Golden, CO
  • Department: Operations – Environmental Division
  • Reports To: President
  • Type: Full-time, Exempt

Key Responsibilities:

As the Environmental Division Manager, you will lead our environmental team with a focus on strategic planning, resource management, and project profitability. Key duties include:

  • Oversee project management, ensuring timelines, budgets, and staffing are met.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of project managers and engineers.
  • Drive project success by prioritizing labor, materials, and equipment.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for client communication and project coordination.
  • Ensure projects align with company standards and safety protocols.
  • Manage subcontractors and conduct site investigations, remedial actions, and system optimizations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in environmental engineering, geology, or a related technical field.
  • Proven leadership experience in environmental project management.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office, Adobe Acrobat, and Outlook.
  • Experience in site investigations, feasibility studies, and remediation systems.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities.

Salary:

Competitive salary range: $130,000 – $140,000 per year.
