Rezoning for Yeti Cycles in Golden, CO
This ongoing project with Yeti Cycles will culminate in an outdoor recreation campus for the Yeti Cycles headquarters and a research and development campus for outdoor gear. The rezoning process for the new campus’s 40 acres is an involved one; our community planners have been working diligently to meet all government regulations successfully. Our experience with meeting local regulations has helped the rezoning process continue smoothly and on-schedule. We’ve also hosted public meetings to keep the community informed with how the 40-acre area will be used. We’re excited to be working on this project and cannot wait to see the finished product.
Development and Design Review Services for City of Black Hawk, CO
Baseline community planners currently serve as an extension of the City’s planning department, where we review all development applications and process annexation, subdivision, zoning, and site plan applications. We also, perform architectural design review of all applications from small residential to large-scale developments within the Historic District. We are currently completing a new Comprehensive Plan for the City.
