Recently, two Baseline projects were showcased on various news sites. One new design project is located in Broomfield, CO, and is a 600,000-sf business park and includes two multi-story office buildings, five single-story office buildings, six R&D and flex buildings, a retail building, and four retail pad sites. You can read more about this exciting project through the Denver Business Journal or CoStar News.

Baseline is also designing a two-lane roundabout in Steamboat Springs featured in the Steamboat Pilot, which would be the City’s first two-lane roundabout of its kind.

Baseline is humbled to be part of both, the St. John’s Properties Sims Technology Park project and Steamboat Springs roundabouts project. Two very different projects that offer unique challenges for our employee-owner surveyors, planners, and engineers. We believe these projects provide an opportunity to make a difference in our communities and we thank our clients St. John’s Properties and the City of Steamboat Springs for these exciting new ventures.” said Matt Tyburski, Baseline Engineering Corporation’s Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer.
