Mary grew up in Colorado Springs. She and her husband have been married for 41 years. They have one son and three grandkids and a very crazy puppy.

Danny is a Baseline CAD Tech II in the Loveland office who loves to go the gym daily and is heavily involved in volleyball on the weekends. He plays in a competitive league on Sundays and his girlfriend is the JV and club volleyball coach for Eaton High School. Danny began his Baseline career while still in high school as an intern while also working a part-time job at the local movie theatre. He had absolutely no experience and started out just filing papers for a couple hours a day. Today, he would consider himself a part of the cross-training process for others and someone that others can go to for help.

Interesting fact about me is that my grandfather and great grandfather were both detectives with Denver Police Department. My great grandfather was killed while on duty in May of 1934 and was recognized with a memorial plaque located at North Clarkson Street and East 19th Avenue.

After working as a sales executive for six years, Ryan returned to school to obtain a BS in Civil Engineering Technology at the age of 34. He is married with three beautiful children. He’s a huge Denver Broncos fan and makes good batch of Colorado green chili.

Ben is a land use planner with over 20 years of experience in the public and private sectors. He relocated from Wisconsin to Colorado in 1999 with his family, but somehow his skiing experience is still limited to the iced hills of Wisconsin. His wife Robin is an elementary school teacher. His son Joey is studying computer science at the Colorado School of Mines. He still roots exclusively for Wisconsin sports teams – primarily the Packers. Ethan is a land use consultant and planner who assists Baseline’s clients with their entitlement, zoning, subdivision, and planning needs. He is originally from St. Louis but has loved living in Colorado since 2003 despite a short break in Seattle. He has an eye for mapping and keeps our Geographic Information Systems (GIS) projects rolling. On weekends you can find him in the mountains with his family.

Favorite Book: A good atlas

Hobbies/Interests: Skiing, hiking, and being outside

Ryan grew up in Columbus, Ohio, and moved to Colorado to be closer to the mountains. With a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, he enjoys various activities, including exploring the outdoors, trying new restaurants, and traveling. In his free time, he loves working out at the gym.

Clint grew up in Kansas City. He attended the University of Missouri in Kansas City where he earned his BS in Environmental Science, minoring in Geology. Clint absolutely loves being in the mountains for any adventure, and works hard at his job to be ready for personal time.

I was born at 12:00 AM on my birthday.

Lachlan was born and raised in Fort Collins and has family all over Colorado. After graduating high school, he attended Front Range Community College to explore career interests. There he discovered CAD and the greater discipline of civil engineering and design, and enjoyed studying and creating projects around transportation engineering. He loves to spend his free time outside with friends, listening to music, or playing his electric guitars.
