Connor Loughran

Connor graduated from Norwich University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.  He has been working in the industry for over 6 years. Connor has mentored other engineers in site design and permitting while managing projects through all phases of development.  He has led land use planning and subdivision layouts, integrating residential and commercial utility infrastructure.  Connor has designed public water and sewer systems to account for future demands of rural and urban subdivisions.
