Baseline is the designer for this design-build (DB) water treatment plant capital improvements project for the City of Louisville’s two treatment plants, Sid Copeland and Howard Berry Water Treatment Plants. Project components include: new and upgraded valves and controls, system calibration, improvements to several vaults, secondary containment upgrades, clear well improvements, new chemical feed systems and improvements to existing systems, and new instrumentation/SCADA, as well as an office space renovation.
