Baseline is assisting Yeti Cycles with rezoning a 40-acre property in Jefferson County to be used as an outdoor recreation campus for its headquarters.
Phase 1 of the 4.5-acre project site included a 3,200-sf building with access drive improvements, surface parking stalls, a drop-off turnaround near the front entry, and a second turnaround access on the east side of the building.
